Reunion Information and Pictures (below)
A tour of the “new” Kennedy School and ice rink is scheduled for 10 am with Jerry Ness, the FF School District Superintendent, as our guide! Come along to see what has changed and what has stayed the same. Meeting location to be announced.
We have organized a service project with the Minnesota Veterans Home at 1821 N. Park Street in Fergus, to chat with the residents, play boards games, play the piano, wheel about the grounds and simply to provide them with some companionship. Meet in the main lobby at 12:45.
THE MAIN EVENT – A dinner and dance will be held at Brenny Hall at St. Elizabeth Parish, 706 W. Pleasant Avenue in Elizabeth. Doors open at 4 pm. Admission is $20 per person (cash only). A cash bar will be available. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Dinner will start at 6 pm. A memorial program for classmates that have passed will start at 8 pm, with family members in attendance. A DJ will be playing exclusively Disco music the entire evening (just kidding) and the dancing will begin at 9 pm to music from the ‘70s and ‘80s. A wine raffle will run the entire evening, and a fun photo booth will also be available. Brett Hopponen will be our Master of Ceremonies. It will be an evening to remember!!
A non-denominational church service just for us is planned to take place at the shelter at the top of Roosevelt Park at 10 am, led by our own Pastor David Harlow. Bring a chair. All are welcome to attend!
The Elizabeth Fire Hall at 203 E. Broadway in Elizabeth (just down from The Silver Dollar) will be holding a pancake and sausage breakfast from 8-12 for a “Free-Will Donation” (which would be especially convenient for those of us who are still at Brenny Hall)!
ENJOY THE REST OF THE DAY IN FERGUS!!!
